Songs Written or Arranged by Eulis

'Let This Be the One' is a Eulis Kay original!
Eulis Kay is a vocalist, songwriter, and emerging topliner whose creative work lives at the intersection of voice, emotion, and narrative. With over two decades of professional singing and performance experience across classical, contemporary, theatrical, and choral settings, he brings a deep understanding of vocal nuance and expressive storytelling to the modern topline space. His work is guided by a simple principle: a melody should feel lived in — not placed on top of a track, but brought up from inside it.
'Which Way is Home' is a Eulis Kay original!
Originally from Los Angeles, Eulis began his musical life on clarinet before moving into vocal performance and spending nine years performing with Disney Entertainment both domestically and internationally. His career has included collaborations and performances with artists such as Andrea Bocelli, Kenny Loggins, Jodi Benson, and Eric Idle, along with appearances with Pacific Chorale, the LA Master Chorale, and multiple session recording credits including work with GIA Publications. That range — from orchestral halls to pop stages — built a foundation not just of technical versatility, but musical humility: a recognition that each song has its own gravity and every vocal line has an emotional truth to uncover rather than impose.
Eulis · Things My Father Does
'Things My Father Does' , an original Father's Day tribute
by Eulis Kay
As a songwriter, Eulis approaches text and melody as connected gestures. He writes with an ear for shape and intention — the arc of breath, the swing of a phrase, the emotional consonance between vowel and feeling. Rather than chasing stylistic imitation, his topline work prioritizes emotional clarity, tonal honesty, and identifiable human edges. Melancholy warmth, quiet vulnerability, subtle grit, and joyful lift show up naturally in his melodic instincts, shaped by years of interpreting music through multiple genres and vocal traditions. His emerging topline voice sits comfortably in soulful R&B-adjacent textures, thoughtful pop, acoustic-leaning emotional storytelling, and cinematic/indie atmospheres — though versatility remains a defining tool, not a mandate.
Eulis · I2I (A Goofy Movie Cover)
'I2I' is a reimagining of the classic Disney hit
by Eulis Kay
As a respected voice educator, Eulis has spent more than twenty years helping singers discover agency, awareness, and artistry through their own instruments. That teaching experience informs his toplining process: he thinks in terms of sensation, architecture, and the inner life of a melody — how a phrase feels inside the voice, how emotion resonates as shape, how subtle color-shifts carry narrative meaning. His approach is equal parts intuitive and intentional: melody arrives through exploration and play, and craft comes through shaping, refining, and listening for what the track is quietly asking to become.

Now shifting deliberately into the songwriting and topline world, Eulis brings a mature artistic point of view rooted in vocal depth rather than stylistic imitation. He is building a catalog of toplines and demos and is currently welcoming collaborations with producers and artists who value emotional truth, melodic intelligence, and vocal nuance. Whether writing to a beat, sculpting a hook, or layering harmonies and textures, he treats the voice as both a melodic instrument and a heartbeat — carrying the song’s soul to every corner of it.
For Eulis, toplining is not a departure from his vocal life, but a natural extension of it: another way to tell stories, shape feeling, and give songs breath.
